A vampiric person is a person with vampiric traits, primarily blood-craving or a need to consume pranic energy, or for whom vampirism is a deeply-rooted aspect of one's self-identity for whatever reason. I use the term "vampiric person" to skirt the semantic question of which such people (if any) should properly be called "vampires."
