Necronomi.com was founded in June 1993 as an extension of The Familiar Spirit BBS, an online community with some priority placed on the paranormal and dark music. That project eventually became defunct, and now Necronomi.com is it's own entity.

Our web pages are an attempt to archive documents related to mysticism and spirituality, and our elists are an attempt to foster new communities and ideas across the net.
